Hello,
I am totally enthusiastic about your solution, and had bought the license at the end of 2020.
I have the following problems:1) My small test configurator runs great in wordpress (see https://kohlhas-3d.de/3d-produkt-konfigurator-demo-kinder-laufrad/)
2) I use the current version of WordPress 5.6, and have installed WooCommerce according to the instructions without any problems and included the above configurator. Basically everything works, however there is a very long timegap between selecting a configuration and changing it in the iFrame (about 4-5 seconds). Therefore, I set up the spinner demo for safety, but there was the same time gap of about 4-5 seconds. I’m sure it’s not because of my internet provider (STARTO), nor because of a slow internet connection.
Do you have an idea to solve the problem, or what info do you need?
Many greetings

the configurator itself runs great when embedded in my site without WooCommerce.
My internet connection is according to the T-Online Speedtest (PING = 34ms / Download = 92,3 Mbps / Upload = 37,2 Mbps).
But as soon as I have integrated the configurator in WooCommerce, there is this long timegap, so after changing the color the customer has to wait 1.2 – 1.5 seconds until it is displayed. It will probably be because of the POST at admin_ajax.php (woo.product.js). I was already able to pull this down a bit, but unfortunately this is not implementable like this, I’m not an expert in it though. On the internet I found some things on the website (https://onlinemediamasters.com/speed-up-slow-woocommerce-store/), which reduce this gap significantly (among others Cart fragment) .
If I find something I will post it for others.
If you can think of something else, that would be great too, but it seems to be a bit more work.Greetings from Berlin

I’m having the same problem, once I integrate the configurator inside of WooCommerce it can take up to 11 seconds for the first material change to happen, when I make a color choice through the eshop’s attributes. After that if I keep changing the color it works much faster with less than 0.5 sec delay, but after a while the problem will happen again.
Has anyone found a solution for this issue so far?
I’m using wordpress 5.8, on a local server (LocalWp 6.1.0+5452) at the moment for testing purposes, with Php 7.4.1 and MySQL 8.0.16, and I double checked that my firewall is not blocking any parts of it.
Thank you in advance.
