Philip FongCustomerI have a model that won’t render in verge3D if parented to a rig, the loading screen never stop. So I parent the rig to another model, it render.
When I render the model without the rig, it is fine, something between the model and the rig broke the engine, here is the rig:

I exported it with parended cube and it’s ok. May there some problems with dino mesh or it works for you with any mesh? May be we already fixed this. Can you attach even a part of the dino mesh to be sure?

Philip FongCustomerThanks, I found the problem, disconnected polygon mesh.
The reason I separate the mesh is to obtain sharp edge effect because edge crease does not work, separated mesh does render in sketchfab though.

Philip FongCustomerIs there a maximum amount of objects to a rig? I had to merge loose parts to render in verge.

Try to disable Frustum Calling checkbox on the object with strange behavior.

There’s no limits it’s may be a bug or something else. Can you share an example of the rig with some pieces of the mesh to understand where the problem.
