    you mean slight aliasing? it is normal for real-time graphics
    but you can try to increase canvas resolution (warning – it is slow )

    Hi,
    Sorry to bother you with this issue.
    In Mobile the refraction is not present.
    On desktop it is visible.
    Could you please see whats wrong and instruct me what to do?

    Hi,
    I agree, some devices may not work.
    However I use my old Samsung mobile phone on your Jewelry Configurator demo and I can see the refraction, but on my site I can not.

    Unfortunally we can’t reproduce the issue using the same hardware. Try to update your android and browser software on this phone.

    Hi,
    Apparently the problem was with the Outside Gem nodes.
    I used the original nodes from Jewelry Configurator, but after changing with a simple Glass Node everything was OK.

    I think this might cause problems, because our plugin for WordPress, Canvasio3D, has nothing to do with Verge3D. Just wanted to show you how diamonds, or gems in general could look like in a web application
