    Hi all,

I’m trying to make copies of a gas spring. The gas spring consist out of multiple objects and an animation. I would like to make multiple independent copies of the gas spring. I can’t get the animations and constraints to clone correctly. Can someone point me in the right direction? :-)

Your help would be greatly appreciated :D

    Hi,
You can just clone the object you need to animate, then assign an existing animation to it via assign animation puzzle (first appeared in Verge3D 4.10).
The only thing you should pay attention to is that the cloned object will be animated in the same place as the original one (because the animation is same). To overcome this, parent the cloned object to some empty and then move that empty to a new position.

Thanks for the heads up, Alex. As said before, one revolutionary game changer verge3d breakthrough is the cloning of animated objects. Very useful for developing browser apps, especially browser games.

That said, what happens if we assign a humanoid animation to a cube?
