    Good morning to everyone,

I’m working on the animation of a CNC machinery, and for the milling I’m animating a mesh with boolean modifier, moving it on a specific path, to cut the items when the cutting head passes.

I read some old topic about the boolean modifier animation in verge3D, noticing that this feature was not implemented yet (if it possible to implement it), Is it the same thing now? I tried a simple animation and it doesn’t work, but maybe I’m doing it in the wrong way.

    Thanks in advance,

    Best regards

Hi, yes there’s no dynamic boolean modifiers that works in the engine now. I’m not sure that it’s possible to implement in some way oer in near future. Try to use shapekeys instead or armature animation.

    Thanks for the answer.

What about dynamic paint? Can we use it (displace mode on canvas)?

    No, it’s not supported too.
