All object black - Soft8Soft

I am having an issue where on Mobile phones all objects are black, on computers this is not an issue, I have attached some pictures below if anyone has more information please let me know.

No, there are only a couple textures used, its mainly just materials that are set up

8+ millions of triangles rendered, 3 lights casting shadows (but no shadows are visible without shadow catching surfaces), 4k textures, non-power-of-two textures. Too heavy app for mobile platfoms. why do u use 4k texture for wheels? and it seems to be useless, the wheel protector is not even visible…

How its set yup is things are to be toggled, so only some things are visible, I will optimize the app some more and test it.

Too much texture and too much size on them, that’s the reason.

Hi, I can tray to give you a solution, as I had the same issue.
Did you made your object with Blender?

In this case , you need to go to the material shaders in Blender ad see if there is a normal Map attached to your material that in the smartphone shows black.

Delete the normal map and export again your scene.

This method works only if you used Blendner
