    Hi Guys,

i´ve pimped a former customer project of mine…..a fair booth

I´ve implemented baked ambient occlusion textures und some bumpiness.

Shadows on the floor are new in the textures as well……

So far less lights and much faster loading times….

At my pc it takes only 5 sec. to load……

    The first time

    The second time (cached)

It’s a good result :good: Baked shadows look good. As always.

Puzzles and JS coding. Fast and expensive.

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of the meaning at all.

    Looks good…some food for thought.

Check the size of your textures…some are very large.

Keep your maps to a power of two.

Since your scene is static (meaning no moving parts), consider baking all your textures to one atlas map and include your lights and shadows in the bake. You can then just use one HDRI to light the scene, have great shadows, and not have the large performance hit you have now due to the 38 lights and loads of textures.

You may also want to combine all your geo into one object to further optimize the scene.

If you decide to go down the above optimization path, let me know and lets discuss some possible collaboration on projects.
