    Hi,

I’m not sure if the title quite describes my issue but I am hoping someone can help. I am making a chair building website for a client, and they want to have static gallery images alongside the V3D application.
However, whenever I upload a gallery image to the product, instead of being a static image it creates a secondary(?) iframe of the V3D application that also has the issue of not responding to my E-Commerce/WooCommerce related puzzles/changes.

In the first attachment/image (1.png) I have shown the first gallery image being selected, which should be a static image. You can see that the application also still has black fabric, despite the form on the side saying it should have green. (Please also ignore the discrepancy between the thumbnail and the 3D model, it is simply a test model for a proof of concept for the client).

In the second attachment/image (2.png), you can see the working V3D application that is also responding to the form inputs.

Is there any way to solve this and make it so I only have the one V3D application? Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hi,

unfortunately, the currently available Verge3D Woocommerce plugin always replaces the image gallery with 3D canvas.
