    Hi,

I was just wondering if there would be a way to load the app in the background while displaying a short video to the user.
This way the user is distracted and at the end of the video the App is loaded and functional already.

What would be the easiest approach to achieve this?

Apart from that, please see my comment on the 4.0 thread regarding the black screen.

    Thanks.

You can put a iframe over the preloader with a video in it, but the video won’t play automaticly, but only by user click because of browser restriction.

    Thanks.

So a simple comment like click on the video to start it would be enough to start the video and load the app behind it?
How do I make the video disappear once the app has fully loaded?

I THINK you can get around the browser restriction of running video if the sound is set to mute

There are other ways to get around this during a preloader.

    Here is an example: https://webgl.r66dapps.com/escapev1/

The preloader plays a video with sound on by default.
