    Hi,

I have a configurator with a screenshot button which takes a screenshot and opens a window to allow to save the screenshot to a specific location on the harddrive.

Is there an easy way to instead have that button open a blank email with a preset email address and link the screenshot to this email, so that all the user needs to do is press send?

I need to do this from within the configurator, not with additional html or CSS or what have you.

    Thanks for suggestions.

I’m afraid that would not be easy to do

    Thanks Yuri.

Just thought that if it can call up a window to save the screenshot it could just as simple call the default email app of the computer and attach the screenshot.
If they need to type the receivers email in manually that would be fine.

But, if that is to complicated, will skip that one then, as I can not mess with their email server.

    Have a nice weekend.

Why not store the screenshot on the server and then email a link.
