    hi, i need to save (download) a file in a specific folder on the pc.

    This should be up to the user. He decides where he wants so safe downloaded files. And it depends on the OS and browsers settings.
    What is your use-case?

    dovrei salvare un file con le impostazioni di default che l’utente sceglie (es, unità di misura, sfondo. etc) per poi richiamarle automaticmente all’apertura
