Runtime Errors 3DS Max 2021

Hello,

I seem to get many runtime errors in 3DS Max 2021 after installing Verge3D 3.5.0. Please help me sort this issue.

Hi, that looks strange. Verge3D 3.5.0 should work in 3ds Max 2021. What Windows version you have? Maybe there is some incompatibility with other plugins, please let us know what plugins you have installed beyond Verge3D.

Hi,
I use Windows 10. Some of the plugins are VRay 5, Itoo Forest and Railclone Pro, Megascans, Laubwerk.

I have this problem too…. solutions?
Help please.

3dsmax 2021.
In both my pc the new installer 3.5 gives me this error and the verge3d menu is not created.
Even if I go “manually” to run the app manager I got this error.

Hi,
It might be issue with some of the plugins, erroneously forcing older version of Python. To verify, please run System Properties dialog (search for “edit the system environment variables”), then click on the Environment Variables button.

In the dialog, search for the ADSK_3DSMAX_PYTHON_VERSION variable. Do you have any? If so, what value does it have?

ADSK_3DSMAX_PYTHON_VERSION = value of 2

EDIT: i switched to 3 and all is ok! thanks
