(REPORT) Verge3D v3.8.0 and v3.8.1 not work in iOS 12? but work in v3.7.1?

Helo Verge3D Team.

I’m a user Verge3D for Maya.. I just want to report.
After i updated Verge3d to v3.8.0 and v3.8.1, i just realized when i opened them on my son’s iphone (iphone 6), they can’t be opened.

I started use verge3d a few month a go, i started use Verge3D v.3.7.1, and it works on almost browser and work in iOS 12.5.1 too.
The only thing that i know is v.3.7.1 not working in newest version of Safari (v.15.0/Mac OS X).. Then i updated Vege3d to v .3.8.0/3.8.1.

After that, i just realized when i open on my son’s iphone (iphone 6), the latest verge3d can’t be opened. both on safari and Chrome (iOS 12.5.5 version – this is the latest iOS for iPhone 6).

I believe, iPhone 6 (iOS 12) is the oldest iPhone version that many people still use.. It would be great if the latest verge3d can also run on the oldest iphone, like the previous verge3d (v3.7.1).

Hi,

it should work on older iPhones. Does the stock Verge3D demos work on that device? E.g. Scooter

Yes.. it worked.

In my case, when I export from Verge3d v.3.7.1 there is no problem on iOS 12.
But when I export from 3.8.0 and 3.8.1, the model can’t be loaded. Just stuck in preloader..
