    Hi everyone.

    https://3dexperience.museirealitorino.it/

I created this project (in windows 10), so far everything works.
But one user of the new Mac m1 sees almost everything black (image attached). Could anyone explain the reason and the solution?
    Thank you.

    Hi felix,

You might upgrade to the latest Verge3D 4.3. This might help!

I’m on a Mac (intel) and everything works.
    Excellent work!

    Cheers

No black screen on my M1 Macbook Air in Chrome and Safari. It looks like the attached image.

    Hey,

I know this is off-topic but I have the “problem” that my costumer (also a Mac user) can´t pan the in the app on my prototype…

Unfortunately I don’t have a Mac myself to test this on my own, so I can’t test if this is always the case with Mac, or if my customer has a knowledge problem.

Would it be possible for one of the worthy Mac users here to take a quick look…? Thanks :)

Btw. very nice work of the Turin museum !!
