    Hello

I noticed that the shadow is slightly shifted in Blender. (Verge3D 2.4, Blender 2.79b)

Blurred shadow (default) causes strong slowdown.

Is it possible to make objects (transparent) disappear shadow when animating objects disappear?

    Regards

Try to play with Bias parameter of the shadows on the light. Also try to set far an near parameters as low as possible and also Size parameter too.

Sorry, but I can’t understand the behavior, can you give step by step explanation what you want from object to do?

I apologize for the delay and English :)

The reduction of the FAR parameter for the Sun has helped :)

Reduce SIZE Sun: Screenshot_1.png, Screenshot_2.png (cuts shadows)

SOFT PCF and PCF Screenshot_3.png, Screenshot_4.png (gives artifacts)

SOFT PCF it slows down very much.

You need to tweak Bias o reduce of them.

Reduce SIZE Sun: Screenshot_1.png, Screenshot_2.png (cuts shadows)

I mean keep it as much as possible lower but that gives you good result, so just keep it as lower as you can but nor extreme:).

Sorry but only way to remove shadows is to hide the object completely. Transperency does not effect shadows.

This model will be visible only on facebook posts, because we remove environment map to reduse file size. If you want to see it just connect eny environment map to the scene.
