Problem accessing verge network

Hi all,

I am very new to Verge3D and still using the free version for evaluation
Currently I am following the Verge3D for Blender Basics tutorial and I can’t upload the scene to the cloud, it stops at 10 percent I also cant access the Verge3D network directory (cloud icon) I get a 500: Internal Server Error.
Is there any limitation that restrict the access that I can address to the system administrator? He tried to help but couldnt find anything regarding system blocking.

Do you mean the “verge3d for blender console”?

Regarding the link that you provided, I only see the text content of the json file not an actual web page

It’s possible you’ve got some untrusted certificate installed in your system. Perhaps you installed some security software (e.g to handle smart tokens keys)?

The problem is only in the office PC not at home so I forwarded this problem to a colleague in the cyber security department and he will try to help about unblocking the service, maybe he will contact Verge3D staff with some questions.
