Hey I have been trying to apply post processing effect screen space reflection to my scene but when for some reason it doesn’t load in the final scene. It does show in the live preview window when applying on the puzzle page but once i save it and view it in the final scene, it doesn’t appear. Could you please help me with it.

Below is the link to a scene i have setup for testing purpose

    Hi,

if you run the application via the App Manager rather from Verge3D Network, does it show up?

I just checked on chrome and it seems to be working fine was using edge before. Also works fine on safari. Could it be cuz that it doesn’t support microsoft edge?

try to update your Windows system for the latest MS Edge browser. It is now just rebranded Chrome.

    Hi dibeholder,

This happens because you set the ssr resolution multiplier to 10 in the puzzle. That means that the ssr effect needs a buffer 10 times larger than the viewport size. WebGL has limits on the maximum resolution that you can use, and it simply won’t work if you exceed the limit.

That’s why it works in in the puzzle editor where you have a smaller viewport and doesn’t work in the final scene where it’s almost fullscreen. I’d recommend to set the resolution to 1 and increase it only if the quality of reflections is not satisfactory.
