object / material selection window-list expanded?

Hi,
I find that when object or material names are just over 11 or so characters, they’re cut off.

If some similarly named materials or objects are in the same list, and you cannot see the end of their names, then this causes an issue when choosing them.

If the object / material selection drop down window list could be expanded width-wise this would help this problem greatly!
