We are trying to run our Verge3D app in an Azure WebApp, but it freezes during preloader-screen. It looks like the gltf-file cannot be found when trying to start the app (404) see screenshot attached. Any ideas?

The issue above was solved by placing the app in a different folder in Azure.

Now there is a new problem: Materials look different, almost completely dark / blacked out.

Chrome says failed to load the environment.hdr-file. Any ideas?

    Hi,

Chrome says failed to load the environment.hdr-file. Any ideas?

The problem likely relates to the web server that does not allow loading .hdr files. Please check MIME settings etc.

    Also, files names are case-sensitive.
