Hi,

I was just testing the woocommerce addon, which works as it should as far as I can tell, however, the 3D model appears to drop the environment HDR leaving the model unshaded/lit.

when viewing the model in Verge3D Puzzles editor, everything displays just as it should.

I’m using
Verge version 4.6.0-pre2
Wordpress latest
Woocommerce latest

I think I have figured it out – the original HDR had an apostrophe in the name, which the upload (using built in Verge uploader) seemed to have changed the apostrophe to a backslash – It could have been the server perhaps?)

Anyway, either way, it seems the simple way to avoid this is to have only simple characters in the title., but might be worth investigating why the filename was changed?

However, it does appear that the puzzle in the configure application/transparent background is ignored in the wordpress app, but works in standard html

just upload all files properly. it doesn’t matter at all if your app is running on a woocommerce-based page.

Puzzles and JS. Fast and expensive.

If you don’t see the meaning in something it primarily means that you just don’t see it but not the absence of meaning at all.
