    Hi forum,

Is there a way to preserve the state of an app so that it doesn’t need to reload when you return to the page of the app?

Lets say we are on a website that uses a Verge3D app that has links to different pages on the website. When you want to go back to the app with the browser “go back arrow” in the upper left corner, it would be convenient not to have to reload the app every time.

That’s an interesting item you bring up. I think it all comes down to the browser.

After all, a user can, (and as devs often do) completely turn off all caching entirety. (As to consistently have fresh data per project page updates.)

    Hi,

This can be done if your website is built as a single-page application (SPA), so you basically have only one page without reloading. That way you don’t have to reload a verge3d application as well.
