    Hi there

I noticed that the Verge3D product configurator does not work if a products variations are created via the WooCommerce Attributes section ie, Products > Attributes (& terms).

Only creating the attributes within the product.

I am needing to apply colour image swatches to my products rather than variation dropdown options – is this possible or will this be custom code?

    Thank you

    Hi,
This feature should work as well. Sometimes it might be the different case (Product/product/PRODUCT) that prevents this from working correctly.

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply.

It seems to be how the plugin is calling the attributes, ie per below example on a fabric colour:

Setting up attributes via product: Verge3D calls via attribute_fabric-colours

Setting up attributes via WooCommerce Attributes section terms of which swatch images have been applied: calls via attribute_pa_fabric-colours

    Hope that makes sense?

Is there a way to resolve this?

    Hi,

That’s strage, global attributes should appear under their slug names set via “Attributes” settings. Please check out the contents of the “product info” puzzle by using the browser console:
