    Hi
    Based on the recent discussion inthis thread –

    Question about the V3D Reflection Cubemap

    I have a question,
    is it possible to change HDR background used in scene with interaction? So change of lighting mood whole scene can be changed upon different different interactions & conditions.

    Note –
    I am not asking of changing material of an object ( such as the “ground” in scooter example).
    I am asking direct background HDRI change over interaction. is it possible with puzzles?

    Hi,
    This is quite easy. You can use the “replace texture” puzzle on the world material to swap existing HDR to another:

    swap world HDR

    Well…..I had this Trike Modell as shown in the original thread….
    with chrome parts….and i wanted to have those chrome parts a little color shown in the reflection so you have the feeling this color comes from the main parts of the trike….

    And since those main parts change color the color reflection in the chrome parts should
    change as well…….

    Thats all

    And with the change of the environment HDR this works fine

    to Visualizer……when picking the colors for the trike the environment HDRI image is changed
    so in the chrome parts the according color shows up

    when i open the console with F12 i can see that there are lots of mistakes (871 ) shown….

    even when i export the max file with the latest version of verge3D in max 2025

    any ideas why it shows all these mistakes…it has something to do with morhing…..although there is no morhing in the scene….

    First of all, thanks for sharing the experience.
    I just checked your link & yes its good work. model is made with quality poly editing it seems.
    nice work.

    I think you mean “morphing” here.
    Its been a week since you posted this, but I guess by now you must have resolved the console issues.
