    Hi guys,

Sorry a bit of newbie question but I’m wondering if it’s possible to create an annotation with puzzles that shows a picture when expanded rather than text?

I’ve tried adding the file path within the text field with no success. I don’t think I’m doing this wrong as I’ve tried writing out the file path a few different ways: ./picture.jpg and just: picture.jpg

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Many thanks,

    Hi,
I am having the same problem, I attached a screenshot, @chornblow as your problem is solved can you please help me to understand what I did wrong.

looks like you are using an absolute path to your image file – you might try a relative path instead

I done same things to apply video on annotation, and it’s worked perfectly,
But after publishing video is not playing. attaching screenshot for the same.

can it be the file path again?

from the browser console (F12) I see that the mp4 file is not found on the server. Please double check the path (also beware that file names are case-sensitive).

    Thank you sir,
case sensitivity is a issue after renaming VID5.mp4 to vid5.mp4, it’s worked perfectly.
    thanks again :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Hi I am actually quite newbie with this, how did you place a video or image in the annotation? I tried the file path that I saw, but it still didn’t work. If it’s possible, do you think you can help, thank you
