    Hi everybody,

i´m bueilding a nice configurator for customer….no problems with that so far…

Setting it up with 3dmax und doing all the rest with verge3d.
The configurator is implemented in “Shopify” through an external link.
Works nicely since its only meant to look without any further activity directly with shopify.

    But!!!!!

my customer wants his products as well as GLB files to be implemented on his shopify page as well….
    This works nicely as well….

But..now we get to the problem….
I export the glb files with the babylon exporter….
No problem so far…except for the fact that the background is white.
There is no visible floor or background needed….just the 3D modell on a black background….

I tried several editors to solve the problem….didn´t work

anyone has an idea to solve this issue?

Is the white from the page’s background color coming through a transparent v3d container background?

Hi there….i have no idea….but i don´t think it has to do with anything concerning verge3d…i just export the object in max by the bybylon exporter….doing nothing with it in verge3d….

Any glb viewer or editor show it with a white background…

I tried severral editors to change it to black….nothing worked..

I know it is possible since i´ve seen GLB with a black background.

But since i´m not a programmer…it might be that i missed something essential to change it to black in the editors i tried…

    Hi,
Babylon exporter missing some key features which are present in Verge3D. You better use our solution (hope we’ll figure out why textures are missing).
