    hi
in order to make sense of how complex some of these puzzle networks can get, i find it useful to have notes written in the comment bubble reachable by the “?” icon on procedure puzzles. ( i generally keep EVERYTHING i do in procedures. )

thing is, they don’t stay in place.
if you keep some open, and move the view away so they are off-screen, then close the file and then load up again, they will be on screen, no matter how far away off screen, with a long arm stretched from the puzzle the comment window is from.
they get in the way, so you have to reposition them, which is a pain if you have a lot, so then you wind up just minimizing them, and they’re not readily available to view at a glance.

i think if left open, they should stay in place how the user has positioned them.
if the stretching feature is necessary, then possibly that could be an option.

    thanks.

    oh also,
i think it would be a good idea to have a similar window-like option like the comment bubble window, for the innerHTML puzzles for users that place a considerable amount of lines of code in them, for convenience, and possibly for the “Call JS function”, where whatever is put there, and committed with a submit button, that could be auto-inserted into the ExternalInterface section of the app’s js file.
(this would be good for novices and expand user learning and ability for beginners).
