Can I disable the preloader?

I want to disable it with transparent background while it load, when the 3D loads, it appear as if the animation is floating on top of other content.

you can add the setup preloader puzzle and it will disable the default preloader

Hi,

The preloader puzzle should work, we didn’t change its behavior. Just in case, did you perform clean updating? This might help. https://www.soft8soft.com/docs/manual/en/introduction/Updating.html#Update_Applications

I remember it was very simple but could not find the puzzle to disable preloader, only preloader setup.

Yep, when you add that puzzle it should automatically disable the default preloader.

When I add the preloader or the configure app, it fail to initiate locally but load from the server.

Looks like version mismatch between Puzzles and the app template. The blend file in your project is default cube.

Can you try reinstalling Verge3D in a new folder and recreating your app from scratch?

Same result, the blend file is default cube. I installed 2.10 pre-release, no difference, run the example files and Chrome does not load but firefox does.

No, the html from the folder. I reinstalled Chrome also. Microsoft Edge can run.

Due to security restriction, Chrome cannot load rich Internet application from a local file system. Please use the blue icon in the App Manager to run Verge3D apps in Chrome.
