CustomerHi,
is it possible to setup an look-at function in puzzles similar like the controler in 3ds max? So that the object-orientation is always pointing to the cam?2018-05-22 at 9:50 am #4263

CustomerHi Mikhail,
there is a controller called LookAt-Constraint in Max. See the attached Example: With this Controller the Point Helper controlls the rotation of the green Cube. When the Helper moves, also the Cubes rotates, so always the same face of the Cube is looking to the Helper.
I need the same effect for dimensions/measurements in my final glTF-Scene: When i move my cam, also the measuremts rotate and stay always frontal aligned in the view.
Can i connect an Object rotation/orientation to a Cam in Puzzles?2018-05-22 at 2:16 pm #4290

Ok, we understand, it’s really important thing. We already implemented this constraint for Blender so we added it to our TODO list for max exporter.

Yuri KovelenovStaffHi,
yes we implemented the Max’ Rotation Controllers / LookAt Constraint. Here is the puzzle that uses it for that effect

ParticipantI already saw that puzzle and the example, but I couldnt modify so that it is working with the active camera instead of the mouse position.
