We’re considering migrating our site from an E-Commerce platform which is no longer supported to either a WooCommerce or a Magento platform.

We are currently hosting our 3D models ourselves, but all the plugins we have seen on WooCommerce/Magento require the models to be hosted in the cloud and charge subscriptions according which can get expensive if the model count exceeds 50 base models.

Does anyone have experience hosting their own models and, if so, which plugins did you use for WooCommerce/Magento and what problems did you encounter?

Apologies in advance for such basic question..

    Hi,

Verge3D is a self-hosted solution, so you can have all 3D models on your own website running either of those e-commerce platforms.

We don’t offer a Woocommerce or Magento plugin at the moment. However, some of our customers are known to successfully implement the integration.
