    Hi kdv,

    thanks for the reply…its fixed now…

    The 2 objects were part of a multi/sub-object….

    The objects with the animated material are objects of their own now and have a single level material…..all is fine now…

    But i still have these 4 warnings…..v3d.js:298

    I checked the line 298 in the v3d.js

    Is this something important or how should i interprete this

    By the way i checked other projects of mine as well

    This warning is in almaost all of my apps

    Hi there,

    I´ve uploaded a new version…..I´ve optimized it…
    Loading time is faster now….FPS is better..

    But I still have some warnings etc…pressing F12 in the app.

    Who can tell me something about that?

    being in involved in gamedesign in the past its very nice to see
    what is possible with webgl…..using contemperary hardware..

    thanks for the info about multiprocessor compiling support

    i know its a big thing for webgl….

    the 5 k textures are only 2 of them….for the floor of the scenery
    its a 5 level mix texture and only the shadows are 5k ( black white and only 1,4 MB )

    the amount of MB for all he textures is only 99 MB ( 438 Texture images)
    they are allready heavely compressed..wthout losing too much quality.

    i tried .ktx2 texture compression….but it took far longer too load

    and as i stated its a fun projekt for me ….and only meant for those
    who have lets say “better hardware”….

    for customer projects this is of course not the way..

    to kdv…win7..who wonders

    and loading time…its a lot of shaders that need to be compiled…

    at my PC its about 30 seconds….locally…and about 40 seconds over the internett…..as far as i can say compiling is not really
    multiprocessor supported

    i had a look at the console log…..

    it doesn´t say much to me

    what does it mean …..all of the problems i noticed have to to with the v3d.js….java script……

    Maybe sou can tell me more about it…

    Hi Yuri…i Know…i tried that but it doesn´t look as good as i like it to be…..It only 1 light with a 4 K shadow map…..and …the light that casts shadow on the floor….and its not all objects that cast these shadows….so yes it takes some time to load….but i think its worth while…since this is not a commercial project….its fine for me

    Do you know when the 4.2 version of verge is going to be released..
    I ask this because of the attenuation bug…which is really important for my work…

    Hi yuri,

    hereby the Max file you asked for…..normally and it was lieke that

    until the latest release of verge you should not see any light on the floor…..now you see the light although the attenuation is set
    in such a way that no light should reach the floor at all.
    The attenuation now only affects the shadow…..

    Just szart the index.html in the main folder then it runs fine…

    I´ve uploaded it on my page and started it over the unternett…

    All was fine
